Privacy policy

Kirk Cooper and Coop & Codes operate kirkcooper.us. This page describes what the site actually does with information.

What this site collects

If you use the contact form, I receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The service you select
• Your message

I use that information only to read and reply to your inquiry. Submissions are emailed to kirk@thecodenest.io and stored privately in this website’s admin area. They are not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

The site does not run advertising trackers or a marketing analytics suite. The host may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser, and the page requested, to keep the site secure and reliable.

How long it is kept

I keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, then delete them. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Email kirk@thecodenest.io or call +1 (720) 448-4469 to ask for a copy or deletion of your inquiry.
